The Comets now hold a 15-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fleming County for a non-league outing on Wednesday, May 1. West Carter will face a Panthers team coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Bracken County (Brooksville, KY). The Panthers record now stands at 1-8.
Next, the Lions face the West Carter Comets (Olive Hill, KY) in a District 62 outing, on Thursday, May 2. Elliott County will attempt to advance on its 5-16 season record. The Comets enter the outing with a 16-10 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Fleming County (Flemingsburg, KY).
