In Friday's league match, the host Belle Vernon Leopards football squad scored a big 49-0 victory over the Trinity Hillers.

In their next game, the Leopards clash with the McKeesport Tigers (McKeesport, PA) in a WPIAL AAAA Big Eight match, on Friday, October 29. Belle Vernon will attempt to move on its 7-0 season record.
