Virginia High School Basketball - New Covenant trounced by North Cross
January 25, 2019: Roanoke, VA 24018 The North Cross Raiders routed the visiting New Covenant Gryphons basketball team by a final score of 78-53 in Friday's league game.
In their next game, the Raiders face the Fishburne Military Caissons (Waynesboro, VA) in a VISAA Division 2 game, on Monday, January 28. North Cross will attempt to move on its 6-8 season record. The Caissons enter the game with a 1-9 record after their 92-22 league loss to Roanoke Catholic (Roanoke, VA).
