Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Desert Ridge Jaguars (Mesa, AZ), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Mountain Pointe upgrades its record to 8-8 on the season. The Pride host San Luis (San Luis, AZ) to battle the Sidewinders in a non-league test on Friday, April 12. The Sidewinders come into the test with a record of 4-2. San Luis won 15-3 in their recent league test against Cibola (Yuma, AZ)
