In Saturday's non-league challenge, the St. Andrew's Episcopal Saints (Ridgeland, MS) baseball squad edged the host Simpson Academy Cougars (Mendenhall, MS), by a final score of 7-6.

With the win, St. Andrew's Episcopal upgrades its record to 10-9 on the season. The Saints travel to Raleigh (Raleigh, MS) to battle the Lions in a 3A Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 2.
