Washington, DC High School Basketball - Rock Creek Christian Academy fells Friendship Tech Prep Academy
January 4, 2019: Washington, DC 20032 Rock Creek Christian Academy (Upper Marlboro, MD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Friendship Tech Prep Academy Titans (Washington, DC), 66-56 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Rock Creek Christian Academy upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The travel to Gwynn Park (Brandywine, MD) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 5. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Gwynn Park lost 72-63 in their recent league bout against Central (Capitol Heights, MD)
Next up, the Titans play the Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions (Washington, DC) in a PSCAADC bout, on Tuesday, January 8. Friendship Tech Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-7 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 1-11 record after their 41-33 non-league loss to Trinity Christian (Fairfax, VA).
