First Quarter

The Pike Red Devils started out with the ball and started out fast as they put together an 80 yard scoring drive in just under one minute. Two long passes kept the drive going before quarterback Jordan Garrett found Reginald Lipscomb from 26 yards out. Fishers answered with a solid drive of their own and made their way into the Red Devils red zone before Ben Norton’s 31 yard field goal was blocked. Pike immediately came out with a 20 yard run followed by a 33 yard pass. The drive again finished in the end zone as Lipscomb found pay dirt on the ground from 5 yards out.
Second Quarter
P – Keith Allender 6 yd pass from Garrett (Weni kick)
Fishers had the ball to begin the 2nd quarter but the Tigers punt was blocked at midfield and recovered by Pike in Fishers territory. The Tigers defense held and forced a turnover on downs. Fishers put together another great drive and traveled deep into Pike territory. On 3rd down, Jon Vore’s pass was intercepted in the end zone by Zane Greene. The high paced offense flew down the field and scored in just under 40 second of game clock as Jordan Garret found Keith Allender from 6 yards out.
Third Quarter
P – Weni 29 yd FG
P – Lipscomb 4 yd run (Weni kick)
Fishers started with the ball to start the 2nd half. Vore was pressured early in the drive and threw an interception. Pike drove down the field but the Fishers defense made a goal line stand and forced a 29 yard field goal from Ernest Weni. Both teams then traded punts and also traded turnovers. Emmanuel Davis stepped in front of Jordan Garrett’s pass forcing the first turnover for the Tigers. On the next play, the snap was fumbled and the Red Devils fell on the ball. Pike would convert on the drive as Lipscomb scored his third touchdown of the night from 4 yards out.
Fourth Quarter
P – Lipscomb 23 yd run (Kick no good)
P – Aron Fritch 49 yd fumble return (Kick no good)
Fishers again put together another good drive but was stopped at the goal line and turned the ball over on downs. Pike slowed down their pace but still drove down the field. Lipscomb again scored for the Red Devils on a 23 yard run. The Red Devils defense recovered a fumble and Aron Fritch returned it 49 yards for a touchdown.
