The Trojans (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT). The Lancers come into the Southwest challenge with a 0-7 record. In their last challenge, Notre Dame Catholic was tipped by Pomperaug (Southbury, CT), 58-20, in a league challenge.
The Rebels now sport a 2-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oxford for a Southwest match on Friday, November 4. New Fairfield will clash with a Wolverines squad coming off a 31-20 league loss to Barlow (Redding, CT). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-6.
