In Saturday's league bout, the Rapid City Central Cobblers (Rapid City, SD) basketball squad walloped the visiting Roosevelt Rough Riders (Sioux Falls, SD), by a count of 69-41.

With the win, Rapid City Central upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Cobblers host Scottsbluff (Scottsbluff, NE) to play the Bearcats in a non-league bout on Friday, January 25. The Bearcats go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Scottsbluff won 60-51 in their recent league bout against Gering (Gering, NE)
