The Elk Grove Thundering Herd (Elk Grove, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Edison Vikings (Stockton, CA), 69-50 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Thundering Herd (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Rio Americano (Sacramento, CA). The Raiders go into the non-league test with a 9-1 record.

The Vikings now own a 6-8 record. They play next when they travel to Liberty Ranch for a non-league test on Thursday, December 20. Edison will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 88-47 non-league win over Tokay (Lodi, CA). The Hawks record now stands at 13-0.
