Arizona High School Football - Sahuaro drops to Queen Creek
September 24, 2010: Queen Creek, AZ 85242 In Friday's non-league game, the Queen Creek Bulldogs (Queen Creek, AZ) football team knocked off the visiting Sahuaro Cougars (Tucson, AZ), by a final score of 34-3.
The Bulldogs (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Cactus (Glendale, AZ). The Cobras come into the non-league game with a 4-0 record. In their last game, Cactus toppled Saguaro (Scottsdale, AZ), 42-41, in a non-league game.
The Cougars now hold a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Sunnyside for a non-league game on Friday, October 1. Sahuaro will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 21-20 league win over Mountain View (Tucson, AZ). The Blue Devils record now stands at 2-2.
