The Foster Falcons (Richmond, TX) basketball knocked off the host Cypress Ridge Rams (Houston, TX), 58-50 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Falcons (8-9) will now prepare for their test against Fort Bend Willowridge (Houston, TX). The Eagles go into the 5A Region III District 24 test with a 9-10 record. In their last test, Fort Bend Willowridge went down by Paetow (Katy, TX), 67-46, in a non-league test.

The Rams now own a 9-11 record. They play next when they host Cypress Creek for a 6A Region III District 17 test on Wednesday, January 2. Cypress Ridge will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 89-88 non-league loss to Dickinson (Dickinson, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 10-12.
