Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Dock Mennonite overwhelms Delaware County Christian
January 31, 2014: Lansdale, PA 19446 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Dock Mennonite Pioneers (Lansdale, PA) and the visiting Delaware County Christian Knights (Newtown Square, PA), saw Dock Mennonite's basketball squad wallop Delaware County Christian by a tally of 60-35.
With the victory, Dock Mennonite improves its record to 13-7 on the campaign. The Pioneers host Jenkintown (Jenkintown, PA) to confront the Drakes in a Bicentennial - Constitution challenge on Tuesday, February 4. The Drakes come into the contest with a record of 13-7. Jenkintown won 72-36 in their recent league contest against Morrisville (Morrisville, PA)
The Knights (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Philadelphia Montgomery Christian Academy (Erdenheim, PA). The come into the Bicentennial - Constitution contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Philadelphia Montgomery Christian Academy triumphed over Plumstead Christian (Plumsteadville, PA), 72-34, in a league contest.
