February 22, 2019: Torrance, CA 90505 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits (Long Beach, CA) and the host South Spartans (Torrance, CA), saw Long Beach Poly's volleyball squad nip South by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Long Beach Poly upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Jackrabbits travel to Granada Hills Charter (Granada Hills, CA) to play the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Friday, February 22. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 1-0. Granada Hills Charter won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA)
The Spartans now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they host Millikan for a non-league bout on Friday, February 22. South will play a Rams squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Valley Christian (Cerritos, CA). The Rams record now stands at 0-1.
