Florida High School Football - Gulf trounced by Central

August 30, 2019: Brooksville, FL 34613

Central Bears (Brooksville, FL) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team rout the visiting Gulf Buccaneers (New Port Richey, FL), 45-8 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central improves its record to 2-0 on the season. The Bears travel to Belleview (Belleview, FL) to confront the Rattlers in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Rattlers go into the test with a record of 1-1. Belleview won 33-6 in their recent non-league test against St. John Lutheran (Ocala, FL)

With the loss, Gulf moves to 0-2 on the season. The Buccaneers host Fivay (Hudson, FL) to confront the Falcons in a non-league test on Friday, September 6. The Falcons go into the test with a record of 1-1. Fivay lost 21-14 in their recent non-league test against Citrus (Inverness, FL)
