January 3, 2019: Winston-Salem, NC 27101 The Atkins Camels (Winston-Salem, NC) basketball knocked off the visiting Australian National Team (Australia) (, ND), 80-61 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Camels (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Walkertown (Walkertown, NC). The Wolfpack go into the Western Piedmont 2A test with a 7-4 record. In their last test, Walkertown notched a victory over Ronald Reagan (Pfafftown, NC), 74-72, in a non-league test.
The now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they travel to Franklin Academy for a non-league test on Friday, January 4. Australian National Team (Australia) will encounter a Patriots squad coming off a 71-44 league win over East Wake Academy (Zebulon, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-8.
