Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Strath Haven tops Academy Park
December 8, 2018: Sharon Hill, PA 19079 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Strath Haven Panthers (Wallingford, PA) and the host Academy Park Knights (Sharon Hill, PA), saw Strath Haven's basketball squad knock off Academy Park by a count of 52-42.
With the victory, Strath Haven upgrades its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Harriton (Rosemont, PA) to confront the Rams in a Central battle on Tuesday, December 11. The Rams come into the battle with a record of 1-0. Harriton won 49-38 in their recent non-league battle against Lower Moreland (Huntingdon Valley, PA)
The Knights (0-2) will now prepare for their battle against Norristown (Norristown, PA). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Norristown dropped by Plymouth Whitemarsh (Plymouth Meeting, PA), 48-10, in a non-league battle.
