The Golden Eagles (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Dorsey (Los Angeles, CA). The Dons go into the Coliseum battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Dorsey held off Marquez (Huntington Park, CA), 11-5, in a non-league battle.

A walk and errors allowed Wilson to jump out in front of the Golden Eagles in the 1st inning; then, Freshman pitcher Khenedi Johnson battled back with strike outs (5 total) and then helped herself by hitting 2 doubles! However, her teammates Sr. 3rd baseman Cortni Bardier's RBI triple along with JV player s Nyle Juarez-Ward and Raquel Montoya's sac RBI hits helped the Golden Eagles defeat Wilson HS in this Lincoln Classic Tournament game. Great job ladies! Go Eagles!!
