In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Shelby-Rising City Huskies (Shelby, NE) basketball squad felled the host High Plains Storm (Polk, NE), by a margin of 39-23.

The Huskies (2-5) will now prepare for their outing against Clarkson/Leigh (Clarkson, NE). The Patriots go into the non-league outing with a 6-3 record. In their last outing, Clarkson/Leigh thwarted Yutan (Yutan, NE), 42-40, in a non-league outing.
