September 21, 2011: Groton, CT 06340 In Wednesday's non-league battle, the visiting Ledyard Colonels soccer squad scored a close 3-1 triumph over the Fitch Falcons.
The Colonels (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Tourtellotte (North Grosvenordale, CT). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Tourtellotte nudged Griswold (Griswold, CT), 2-1, in a league battle.
The Falcons (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT). The Bobcats come into the Eastern Connecticut - Large battle with a 2-0 record.
