In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting North Lincoln Knights baseball team scored a tight 5-4 victory over the East Lincoln Mustangs.

The Knights (6-4) will now prepare for their game against Lake Norman (Mooresville, NC). The Wildcats go into the 4A/3A Conference 3 game with a 10-1 record. In their last game, Lake Norman tipped Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC), 8-5, in a non-league game.
