The Standley Lake Gators (Westminster, CO) basketball nipped the visiting DSST: Byers Falcons (Denver, CO), 51-49 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Gators (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Ralston Valley was tipped by Castle View (Castle Rock, CO), 66-57, in a non-league test.
