The Memorial Mustangs football team (Houston, TX), was beaten 27-10 in Friday's league challenge with the host Cypress Ridge Rams (Houston, TX)

The Rams (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Cy-Fair (Cypress, TX). The Bobcats come into the 6A Region III District 17 challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Cy-Fair achieved victory over Spring Woods (Houston, TX), 70-0, in a league challenge.

The Mustangs now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they host Cypress Creek for a 6A Region III District 17 challenge on Friday, November 2. Memorial will meet a Cougars team coming off a 70-0 league win over Northbrook (Houston, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 4-4.
