Millard North Mustangs (Omaha, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Bryan Bears (Omaha, NE), 65-55 in a league bout.

With the win, Millard North upgrades its record to 9-7 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Papillion-LaVista (Papillion, NE) to clash with the Monarchs in a A District TBD bout on Tuesday, January 29. The Monarchs go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Papillion-LaVista lost 60-51 in their recent non-league bout against Lincoln East (Lincoln, NE)

Next up, the Bears clash with the Kearney Bearcats (Kearney, NE) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 2. Bryan will attempt to upgrade on its 9-7 season record.
