Indiana High School Basketball - Randolph Southern overwhelmed by Monroe Central

The Monroe Central Golden Bears basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Randolph Southern Rebels to 28 in the Golden Bears league victory on Saturday.

The Golden Bears now sport a 23-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wapahani for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 30. Monroe Central will battle a Raiders team coming off a 49-40 league win over Shenandoah (Middletown, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 14-7.

The Rebels (16-6) will now prepare for their contest against Seton Catholic (Richmond, IN). The Cardinals come into the non-league contest with a 3-18 record. In their last contest, Seton Catholic triumphed over Central Christian Academy (Indianapolis, IN), 51-15, in a non-league contest.
