In Thursday's non-league outing, the Valley Rams (Valley, AL) basketball squad edged the host Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL), by a margin of 67-64.

The Rams (5-4) will now prepare for their outing against Park Crossing (Montgomery, AL). The Thunderbirds go into the non-league outing with a 2-5 record. In their last outing, Park Crossing was tipped by Brewbaker Tech (Montgomery, AL), 83-63, in a non-league outing.
