Texas High School Football - Royse City victorious over Corsicana

October 16, 2020: Royse City, TX 75189

In Friday's league match, the host Royse City Bulldogs football squad scored a good 41-28 victory over the Corsicana Tigers.

In their next game, the Bulldogs clash with the Greenville Lions (Greenville, TX) in a 5A-2 Region II District 8 match, on Friday, October 23. Royse City will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Lions enter the match with a 2-1 record after their 34-14 non-league win over Mt. Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, TX).

The Tigers (1-3) will now prepare for their match against Forney (Forney, TX). The Jackrabbits enter the 5A-2 Region II District 8 match with a 0-4 record. In their last match, Forney was toppled by North Forney (Forney, TX), 61-21, in a league match.
