Texas High School Softball - La Porte bounces Texas City
February 23, 2019: La Porte, TX 77571 La Porte Bulldogs (La Porte, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX), 8-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs now own a 10-2 record. They take the field next when they host Dobie for a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 28.
With the loss, Texas City falls to 3-3 on the campaign. The Stingarees travel to North Shore (Houston, TX) to face the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 23. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 3-3. North Shore won 5-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Dickinson (Dickinson, TX)
