Indiana High School Basketball - Hammond Bishop Noll nips Hanover Central

January 5, 2018: Cedar Lake, IN 46303

Hammond Bishop Noll Warriors (Hammond, IN) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Hanover Central Wildcats (Cedar Lake, IN), 55-54 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hammond Bishop Noll upgrades its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to River Forest (Hobart, IN) to play the Ingots in a Greater South Shore bout on Friday, January 12. The Ingots come into the bout with a record of 6-6. River Forest lost 87-69 in their recent league bout against Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Hammond Clark Pioneers (Whiting, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Hanover Central will attempt to upgrade on its 9-1 season record. The Pioneers come into the bout with a 2-7 record after their 59-58 non-league win over Calumet New Tech (Gary, IN).
