Arizona High School Basketball - Desert Edge ripped by Greenway

December 12, 2019: Goodyear, AZ 85338

In Thursday's non-league match, the visiting Greenway Demons basketball team scored a decisive 59-27 triumph over the Desert Edge Scorpions.

In their next game, the Demons meet the Tempe Buffaloes (Tempe, AZ) in a 4A Skyline match, on Friday, December 13. Greenway will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Buffaloes enter the match with a 3-3 record after their 55-43 non-league loss to Peoria (Peoria, AZ).

With the defeat, Desert Edge moves to 4-4 on the year. The Scorpions travel to Combs (San Tan Valley, AZ) to meet the Coyotes in a non-league match on Monday, December 16. The Coyotes enter the match with a record of 3-6. Combs lost 69-18 in their recent non-league match against Saguaro (Scottsdale, AZ)
