The Pisgah Dragons football team (Sandhill, MS), was knocked off 22-14 in Friday's non-league challenge with the visiting Eupora Eagles (Eupora, MS)

The Eagles (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Bruce (Bruce, MS). The Trojans come into the 2A Region 2 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Bruce knocked off Potts Camp (Potts Camp, MS), 31-7, in a non-league challenge.

The Dragons now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lake for a non-league challenge on Friday, October 2. Pisgah will meet a Hornets team coming off a 15-7 non-league loss to Morton (Morton, MS). The Hornets record now stands at 2-2.
