Virginia High School Basketball - Hargrave Military Academy overwhelmed by Blue Ridge

The Blue Ridge Barons basketball team scored 78 points and restricted the host Hargrave Military Academy Tigers to 48 in the Barons league victory on Tuesday.

The Barons now sport a 20-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carlisle for a VISAA Division 3 contest on Thursday, February 10. Blue Ridge will battle a Chiefs team coming off a 60-37 league loss to North Cross (Roanoke, VA). The Chiefs record now stands at 5-9.

The Tigers (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against North Cross (Roanoke, VA). The Raiders come into the VISAA Division 2 contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, North Cross triumphed over New Covenant (Lynchburg, VA), 57-30, in a league contest.
