Washington, DC High School Basketball - Somerset Prep edges Idea
February 4, 2020: Washington, DC 20019 The Somerset Prep Bulldogs (Washington, DC) basketball nipped the host Idea Timberwolves (Washington, DC), 2-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Bulldogs (12-4) will now prepare for their test against SEED DC (Washington, DC). The go into the DCSAA challenge with a 15-4 record. In their last challenge, SEED DC nipped Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC), 30-23, in a league challenge.
Next up, the Timberwolves confront the KIPP College Prep Panthers (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Idea will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 13-3 record after their 2-0 league win over Washington Latin Public Charter School (Washington, DC).
