Washington High School Basketball - Lakeside overwhelms Colville
January 8, 2019: Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Lakeside Eagles (Nine Mile Falls, WA) and the visiting Colville Indians (Colville, WA), saw Lakeside's basketball squad wallop Colville by a count of 92-59.
With the victory, Lakeside upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Deer Park (Deer Park, WA) to play the Stags in a 1A Northeast challenge on Friday, January 11. The Stags come into the challenge with a record of 13-0. Deer Park won 63-10 in their recent non-league challenge against Mary Walker (Springdale, WA)
Next up, the Indians play the Newport Grizzlies (Newport, WA) in a 1A Northeast challenge, on Tuesday, January 15. Colville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-11 season record. The Grizzlies come into the challenge with a 11-1 record after their 78-42 league win over Riverside (Chattaroy, WA).
