Ohio High School Basketball - Magnificat thwarts Tri-Valley
January 14, 2023: Dresden, OH 43821 The Magnificat Blue Streaks (Rocky River, OH) basketball knocked off the host Tri-Valley Scotties (Dresden, OH), 52-40 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Blue Streaks (12-2) will now prepare for their test against West Clermont (Cincinnati, OH). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 15-0 record. In their last test, West Clermont notched a victory over Lebanon (Lebanon, OH), 65-45, in a league test.
The Scotties now own a 11-3 record. They play next when they host Bishop Watterson for a non-league test on Tuesday, January 17. Tri-Valley will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 65-35 league win over Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH). The Eagles record now stands at 7-7.
