Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic Friars/Pandas (Drexel Hill, PA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Pleasure Ridge Park Panthers (Louisville, KY), 55-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Monsignor Bonner/Archbishop Prendergast Catholic upgrades its record to 4-5 on the campaign. The Friars/Pandas travel to Archbishop Ryan (Philadelphia, PA) to play the Raiders in a Philadelphia Catholic bout on Friday, January 3. The Raiders come into the bout with a record of 1-7. Archbishop Ryan lost 52-43 in their recent non-league bout against Central Bucks East (Doylestown, PA)
