October 10, 2019: Charlotte, NC 28226 The Charlotte Catholic Cougars (Charlotte, NC) football edged the visiting Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC), 12-7 in Thursday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Cougars face the Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, October 17. Charlotte Catholic will attempt to advance on its 5-2 season record. The Panthers enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 28-0 non-league loss to Weddington (Matthews, NC).
The Spartans (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Fort Mill (Fort Mill, SC). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league bout with a 5-1 record.
