The Hug Hawks football team (Reno, NV), was knocked off 27-18 in Friday's league challenge with the host Reno Huskies (Reno, NV)

The Huskies (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Reed (Sparks, NV). The Raiders come into the 4A Northern - High Desert challenge with a 5-1 record. In their last challenge, Reed knocked off North Valleys (Reno, NV), 58-0, in a league challenge.

The Hawks now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host McQueen for a 4A Northern - High Desert challenge on Friday, October 7. Hug will meet a Lancers team coming off a 28-15 league loss to Spanish Springs (Sparks, NV). The Lancers record now stands at 1-4.
