Mt. Pulaski Hilltoppers (Mt. Pulaski, IL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host MacArthur Generals (Decatur, IL), 16-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Mt. Pulaski upgrades its record to 9-0 on the season. The Hilltoppers travel to Cerro Gordo/Bement (Cerro Gordo, IL) to battle the Broncos in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 9. The Broncos come into the test with a record of 1-6. Cerro Gordo/Bement lost 9-7 in their recent league test against Argenta-Oreana (Argenta, IL)

With the defeat, MacArthur falls to 2-7 on the season. The Generals host Decatur Eisenhower (Decatur, IL) to battle the Panthers in a Central State Eight test on Tuesday, April 9.
