The Independence 76ers basketball team (San Jose, CA), was overwhelmed 75-51 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Lynbrook Vikings (San Jose, CA)

The Vikings now possess a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Salinas for a non-league battle on Friday, December 27. Lynbrook will confront a Vikings team coming off a 84-58 non-league loss to Menlo School (Atherton, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 7-1.
