September 21, 2019: Bellingham, WA 98226 The crowd at Saturday's non-league contest between the Amador Buffaloes (Sutter Creek, CA) and the host Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA), observed Amador's football squad bounce Meridian by a count of 41-0.
The Buffaloes now own a 4-0 record. They play next when they travel to El Dorado for a non-league contest on Friday, September 27. Amador will play a Cougars squad coming off a 21-3 non-league win over Bret Harte (Angels Camp, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-2.
Coming up next, the Trojans play the Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA) in a 1A Northwest contest, on Friday, September 27. Meridian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Pioneers go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 28-21 non-league win over King's (Seattle, WA).
