Washington High School Basketball - Mt. Rainier overwhelms Bonney Lake

Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Mt. Rainier Rams (Des Moines, WA) and the visiting Bonney Lake Panthers (Bonney Lake, WA), saw Mt. Rainier's basketball squad wallop Bonney Lake by a tally of 50-20.

With the victory, Mt. Rainier improves its record to 5-1 on the campaign. The Rams host Kentlake (Kent, WA) to play the Falcons in a 4A North Puget Sound - Cascade challenge on Tuesday, December 11. The Falcons come into the challenge with a record of 1-2. Kentlake lost 51-48 in their recent non-league challenge against Mountlake Terrace (Mountlake Terrace, WA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Lincoln Abes (Tacoma, WA) in a 3A Pierce County challenge, on Wednesday, December 12. Bonney Lake will attempt to improve on its 1-4 season record. The Abes come into the challenge with a 4-0 record after their 66-55 league win over Spanaway Lake (Spanaway, WA).
