The East Thunderbirds basketball team scored 65 points and held the visiting Thunder Basin Bolts to 61 in the Thunderbirds non-league triumph on Friday.

The Thunderbirds now sport a 11-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Campbell County for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 13. East will battle a Camels team coming off a 79-76 non-league win over Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Camels record now stands at 8-5.

The Bolts (10-4) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Cheyenne, WY). The Indians enter the non-league contest with a 11-3 record. In their last contest, Central was nudged by Campbell County (Gillette, WY), 79-76, in a non-league contest.
