Indiana High School Football - Princeton knocks off Washington

September 6, 2019: Washington, IN 47501

The Princeton Tigers football squad scored 24 points and limited the host Washington Hatchets to 7 in the Tigers league win on Friday.

The Tigers now possess a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Mt. Carmel for a Big Eight battle on Friday, September 13. Princeton will play a Golden Aces squad coming off a 30-24 league win over Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, IN). The Golden Aces record now stands at 2-0.

Coming up next, the Hatchets play the North Daviess Cougars (Elnora, IN) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 13. Washington will attempt to advance on its 0-3 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 3-0 record after their 42-0 league win over Eastern Greene (Bloomfield, IN).
