South Sumter Raiders (Bushnell, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Central Bears (Brooksville, FL), 11-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, South Sumter upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Raiders travel to The Villages Charter (The Villages, FL) to battle the Buffalo in a non-league test on Friday, March 5. The Buffalo come into the test with a record of 2-3.

With the defeat, Central falls to 0-6 on the season. The Bears travel to Crystal River (Crystal River, FL) to battle the Pirates in a non-league test on Friday, March 5. The Pirates come into the test with a record of 4-2. Crystal River lost 11-1 in their recent non-league test against Forest (Ocala, FL)
