March 22, 2021: Manchester, CT 06042 The East Catholic Eagles (Manchester, CT) basketball crushed the visiting Middletown Blue Dragons (Middletown, CT), 82-40 in Monday's non-league test.
The Eagles (12-0) will now prepare for their test against East Hartford (East Hartford, CT). The Hornets go into the Central Connecticut - East Colonial test with a 11-4 record. In their last test, East Hartford walloped Maloney (Meriden, CT), 58-57, in a non-league test.
The Blue Dragons now own a 10-3 record. They play next when they travel to Maloney for a Central Connecticut - South Colonial test on Wednesday, March 24. Middletown will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 58-57 non-league loss to East Hartford (East Hartford, CT). The Spartans record now stands at 12-1.
