The Black Knights now sport a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cherokee for a Big Smoky Mountain 1A battle on Friday, January 15. Robbinsville will battle a Braves team coming off a 47-45 league win over Andrews (Andrews, NC). The Braves record now stands at 1-1.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their battle against Blue Ridge Early College (Cashiers, NC). The Bobcats come into the Little Smoky Mountain 1A battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Blue Ridge Early College prevailed over Nantahala (Topton, NC), 88-64, in a non-league battle.
