North Carolina High School Soccer - Southwestern Randolph knocks off Randleman
April 23, 2019: Asheboro, NC 27205 Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC), 6-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars confront the Wheatmore Warriors (Trinity, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 25. Southwestern Randolph will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Warriors enter the challenge with a 11-2 record after their 7-0 league win over Eastern Randolph (Ramseur, NC).
The Tigers now possess a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Trinity for a PAC 7 2A challenge on Wednesday, April 24. Randleman will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-1 league Jordan-Matthews (Siler City, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-6.
