October 8, 2021: Oceanside, CA 92054 The Oceanside Pirates football team (Oceanside, CA), was knocked off 35-6 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting La Costa Canyon Mavericks (Carlsbad, CA)
The Mavericks (6-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley Center (Valley Center, CA). The Jaguars come into the non-league challenge with a 4-0 record. In their last challenge, Valley Center knocked off Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA), 14-6, in a league challenge.
The Pirates now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Carlsbad for a challenge on Friday, October 15. Oceanside will meet a Lancers team coming off a 43-18 league win over San Marcos (San Marcos, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 7-0.
