South Lakes Seahawks (Reston, VA) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Washington-Liberty Generals (Arlington, VA), 6-5 in a non-league battle.

The Seahawks now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Yorktown for a non-league battle on Tuesday, May 11.
